Thank you for shopping at APAC Notebooks! We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer 1 returns and refunds under the following conditions

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Timeframe: All our products come with a one-year warranty. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. 
  • Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing components may not be accepted.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
  • Restocking fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply for returns resulting from change of mind or incorrect product selection.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Contact our customer support team at service@apacnotebooks.com.au or [03-95558755] within the return timeframe to request a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Packaging: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  3. Shipping: Ship the item back to us at the following address: [23/260 Wickham Road, Highett VIC. 3190]. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package for its value.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  5. Refund or Exchange:
    • Refund: If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 2 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
    • Exchange: If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you after receiving the returned item. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at service@apacnotebooks.com.au or [03-95558755]. Provide your order number and photos or videos of the damaged or defective item.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Warranty:

  • We offer a one-year return-to-base warranty on all our new products.

Shipping Costs:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
